Kelly Michelle Stables, born in St. Louis Missouri was a performer at The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia awarded her with a degree cum laude in Theatre and Communication. After moving from Missouri to Los Angeles in 2004, she became involved in the theatre arts, including acting and directing in more than 20 musicals. Some of these productions included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch : The Musical Peter Pan as part of The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. Kelly started to get film and television roles as she studied improvisation in The Groundlings. Her distinct voice and diminutive height has let her play a variety of colorful characters. She's best known as Naomi Watts' evil Samara in The Ring 2, but her most famous role was as the charming receptionist from Two and a Half Men. Kelly was an TV Land series regular from 2011-2015, playing paralegal during the daytime and the nightclub host. Kelly was also on the show as Alyssa's charming, smart sister in the ABC show Romantically Challenged and as the worried suburban mom on the CW series No Tomorrow. Her soprano voice has been lent by her singing voice to a number of animated shows like Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry and Sofia the First. Her most recent performance was playing the dim, charming Cloud 9 staffer on NBC the hit show Superstore. With her husband and their two children, she leads living a peaceful lifestyle.
