Dakota Blue Richards is an English actress best known for her portrayal of Lyra Belacqua in the film 'The Golden Compass' and Franky Fitzgerald, who is part of the third generation cast of British teenager drama "Skins". The actress has also been involved on stage, appearing in stage productions of plays such as "Arcadia," and "A Streetcar Named Desire'. Richards born in London, and a Londoner of birth, was raised on her home on the Sussex coast. She attended a few acting classes at school but mostly received lessons in acting on weekends.
